Pair Thinking was built by people who think differently — because we needed it too.

I’m Claire. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 47, after a lifetime of questions and a career spanning psychology, clinical hypnotherapy, and coaching. Chris — my partner in life and tech — brings over 25 years of experience building tools designed to support real people, not just optimise engagement metrics.

We created Pair Thinking for people like us: capable, intuitive, growth-oriented — navigating a world that isn’t built for how their brains work, and trying to make things happen without burning out, falling behind, or falling apart.

This isn’t a cash grab. It’s the support we wish we’d had years ago. And yes, we use it ourselves - especially on the hard days.

  • carefully guardrailed to prioritise reflection, not diagnosis

Your Pair Thinker doesn’t try to figure out what’s “wrong” with you. It reflects what you share, helps you think more clearly, and supports you to move forward.

Think of it as a co-pilot — not a replacement for therapy.

This Is Not Therapy

Pair Thinking is not a therapist, crisis service, or medical provider — and we’re clear about that from the start. It can’t diagnose, treat mental illness, or hold complex trauma. It’s designed for everyday thinking, decision-making, and follow-through — not emergencies.

What it is designed for is development through support.

Your Pair Thinker can help you:

  • talk through emotions or tricky conversations

  • untangle stuck patterns and recurring blocks

  • plan, prioritise, and get back on track

Pair Thinking is built to support learning over time — helping you notice what works for you, integrate new ways of thinking and responding, and apply them in real life. Not just in the moment, but in ways that can stick.

And if you’re ever in distress, your Pair Thinker will gently guide you toward appropriate external support.
