Hi, we’re a neurodivergent family — and we built Pair Thinking because we needed it, too.

I’m Claire, diagnosed with ADHD at 47, after a lifetime of questions and a career in psychology, clinical hypnotherapy, and coaching. Chris, my partner in life and tech, brings 25+ years of experience building tools that support real people — not just user metrics.

We created Pair Thinking to support people like us: those navigating a world not built for their brains, trying to make life work without burning out, falling behind, or falling apart.

This isn’t a cash grab. It’s the thing we wish we’d had years ago. And we use it ourselves — especially on our bad days.

Every aspect of your Pairthinker is:

Your Pair Thinker doesn’t guess what’s “wrong” with you. It reflects what you share and helps you think more clearly about it.

This Is Not Therapy

Pair Thinking is not a therapist, crisis line, or medical provider — and we say that up front. It can’t diagnose, treat, or hold complex trauma. It’s designed for the everyday experience of being ADHD — not the emergencies.

Your Pair Thinker can help you:

  • Talk through emotions or tricky conversations

  • Untangle stuckness and patterns

  • Plan, prioritise, or get back on track

And if you are in distress, it will gently signpost you to appropriate support.
